• Depending on availability, the actual product may differ in shape, color, or design.
• At the time you have selected, our balloon specialist will visit your house and arrange the balloons as they seem in the pictures.
• In order to reach the ceiling, you will need to supply a stool.
• If you have permission from the hotel, we are able to design a room.
• Every item utilized for décor is rented and will be returned the following day of the event
• Within two hours of the experience’s delivery time, notice of a complaint must be given.
• Once the decoration has been attempted, there is no way to change the date or cancel.
